I remember my dad bringing us to his job on Saturdays and getting us Happy Meals to keep us quiet.
When my daughter was two, she loved snow white AND McD's Happy Meals. I was placing the order at the Drive Thru and my daughter put her window down and said "make sure there's a snow white crown in my meal" (it was a princess toy) The look on her face when she opened her box and saw the snow white crown was priceless and the best gift a mother could have. She was elated!
THE TOY IN THE HAPPY MEAL
best memory is going there with my grandma when i was a little kid... i would spend the night with my grandma and for breakfast the next day she would take me to get flap jacks at mcdonald's and i just thought it was so cool..
my favorite memories of happy meals were opening the box anxiously to see what toy i had gotten! Alot of times i still anticipate seeing what toys my kids get 🙂 I guess I'm still a child at heart!
I loved going to get the bennie baby toys when they were popular.

The best memory of the eating a happy meal was when i got my first one. I thought it was the coolest thing to get a toy inside. It was like getting two gifts at once, they yummy mean and then the toy.
My favorite Happy Meal memory is when my son, who is now 23 had his very first one! I don't know who was more excited him or us!! There were no Happy Meal's when I was a child....
getting the toy after i finished my meal
Getting your own little meal in a box. I also love the McDonald gang cookies!
Getting the toy on the bottom after eating my meal. 🙂
i love ronald mcdonald when i was little.
Just seeing the excitement on my kids faces. It gets a little pricey for four kids so we get it on special occasions.
My memory of Happy Meals is collecting the toy sets
Having Breakfast with my Daughter when she was small
I remember one time we took Happy Meals to the zoo and ate them on the grass like a picnic.
When I was growing up, we were very poor. We rarely ate out. But since my dad's construction job shut down for the summers, and the weather was unbearably hot, we camped all summer long at a river. We would camp for 6-7 days, head home for a few days to do laundry and pack more food, then hit the campground again. I have a very fond memory of being allowed to order a Happy Meal to eat on the drive out on our first trip of each year. It was always a special treat and signified the start of camping season for us.
I like getting Happy Meals for the kids because it's one of their favorite things. Who knew a little juice box could be so exciting?
My favorite memories now are being able to get them with my two year old son. I love that they now have the apples and yogurt as options. It's great that they offer some healthier choice! 🙂

My best memory was having birthday parties at McDonalds, back when they did them. Having a happy meal party! Lol! I also loved the toys we got back then. They were soooo much better then any my kids get nowadays!
