You are so right.... getting enough sleep is crucial to weight loss and an overall healthy lifestyle. I think its been a major missing component in my weight loss journey. I'm hoping that I can continue good sleep habits when baby #3 comes, but that may be easier said than done. lol

I wish I could get more sleep. I go to bed at a descent time and usually doesn't take long for me to fall asleep, but I can't ever stay asleep. I usually only get 3-5 hours of sleep a night.
So much yes!! I always wish there were more hours in the day I could devote to sleep lol!! I can tell when I have not had enough!

I know people who are quite proud they feel they can get by with very little sleep. I have heard it can impact weight in a negative way, along with many other detrimental things not getting enough sleep can do to your health (and probably lifestyle). These are good suggestions if you think you are a "night" person and can't get to sleep, so stay up late.
