  1. A big brunch is the highlight of the day, usually out someplace nice, and we talk about the garden. Can't wait to get planting!!

  2. I made Easter Baskets for my grandchildren. I would take them to the park like my parents did for us on Easter, only I have no car. It would be nice if I could get them to help me in the garden this year.

  3. Sadly,the kids are too old for egg hunts but they're never too old for baskets! So, we wake up to baskets full of chocolate and then go to church as a family.

  4. Easter traditions in my family revolve around food. If people are coming to our house, we go all out to make a festive spread. If we are going to someone else's place, we bring a potted plant and dessert.

  5. Every year we travel to visit family (the grandparents), but we always come home to go to Sunday morning service.

  7. Since the kids are grown, we don't do much for Easter any more...BUT, we really do look forward to Spring the grapevine buds start to swell, the bulbs start sprouting and we can open the windows! Thanks for the extremely nice giveaway!

  9. in my house we dont celebrate easter but we eat the bunny chocolate and we decorate eggs for fun with my nephew
    and my mom go to church i like easter time

  11. I have so much fun making Easter Baskets for my grandchildren. I spend months shopping for cute, unique little prizes tailored to their passions. We also dye tons of Easter Eggs and have a huge Easter Egg hunt with one very special prize egg.

  12. My Easter is spent with my son's family. The grandchildren always look forward to getting a basket from Grandma. This year we are going to do an Easter Egg Hunt in the yard, weather permitting. The kids usually eat too much candy and do not eat the dinner! LOL

  13. Seeing my daughters face when she finds her Easter Basket. Even at 10 she still believes or is faking it really well for my sake. We color eggs and also have an Easter Egg Hunt at church. It is a fun way to welcome in Spring.

  14. We usually go to church in the morning and after put eggs in the yard for the kids. We always have ham and collard greens.

  15. We don't really celebrate Easter, but I always love when it's just that perfect window of a few weeks in the Spring when you don't have to use either the heat or the air conditioner, and can open the windows.

  16. We all go to our 93 year old grandmas house we hide eggs for the little ones and spend treasured times all together as a family. My grandma has 57 grand children that with great & great great. It is a special time for all of us to end the day we have a Italian feast we all make for her that she shared with us through the years.

  17. Spring is my favorite season. Living in New Hampshire our winters are long & cold. It's nice when the snow melts and there is rebirth of flowers & grass!

  18. We do a Easter Egg hunt in the back yard (if it's not that cold) or in the house. Open the easter baskets and play with their toys, then get ready to have Easter dinner with the family

  19. We go to my Mother-in-Law's house and hide eggs for all the kids. We all take a dish and have a nice meal together.

  20. Easter is one of my favorite holidays. My mom and dad host each year and all
    us kids show up. We find eggs and Easter baskets that the Easter bunny has hidden, dye eggs, play games, eat and enjoy family. 🙂

  21. We LOVE Easter!! We read books,make craft projects,buy new outfits,take family photos and make great baskets. Easter lasts a long time at our house because we enjoy it so much.

  22. We start off with church celebrating Jesus' rising and then we come home and eat breakfast. Later in the day, we end up at my in laws where they have an Easter Egg Hunt for all the grandkids and they usually BBQ for dinner.

  27. For easter we always go to our local History Museum for an Egg Hunt and some old time fun. The kids make decorations (some of them Period themed) and have a little snack. Then we come home and find our Easter basket that "mom" made for us. And all of that is after Easter service a Church. A good roast chicken for dinner and we're done celebrating.
