I’m not much of a resolution maker, however, last year, my doctor ordered that I needed to get healthier. Diet and exercise are obviously on the to-do list, but I also suffer from insomnia, hypermobile joints, and fibromyalgia. It can be as simple as sleeping on your neck funny, and it’s a whole day of pain.
