  1. Been doing this for about 6 months now. But sometimes I wonder if it's worth the trouble. You need aot to cash in, then when you go to say Walmart and send over $100.00 you have to punch in all the prices. That's a huge pain.

  2. I have been with NCP for about months now. I am still on the fence with the program. Granted its not too time consuming but it is a hassel when u just want to get the groceries up after a long time consuming shopping trip to the store. Depending on what store I go to I have to put in the prices for all the items and when I have a big grocery day that is a pain. I finally was able to look at the rewards and honestly I was shocked at how many pts were required for just a $10 gift card. I know people are saying well u r really getting the gift card for free because all u did was scan ur groceries, but how many trips will it take to get to that $10 card. Just not sure if I want to continue or not. That's just my lil' ole' opinion.. Thanks for all your great reviews and articles..

  3. I've been doing this for over two years now and it's just a part of my routine now, it's not really a complication unless you purchase a TON of groceries and are very busy. What I usually do in that case is put away my cold and frozen things if I don't have the time to scan right away and then go back and do it when I'm caught up.

  4. I have been a member of NCP for about two months now. I was accepted on my first try. It is a lot of work, but they do offer a lot of rewards! I would only apply if you have the extra time to scan everything you buy! ( even vending machines! )

  5. I have been a member of NCP for several months now & have had problems with my hand-held scanner since day one & NCP has yet to help me resolve this issue. But otherwise, I think this is a great rewards program. Even though I can't transmit my weekly purchases, I am still receiving great benefits, such as the cute little blue reusable shopping bag that just came in the mail. So, if you get accepted, I say go for it. Thanks for promoting NCP.

  6. Being a Nielsen panel member would be an awesome experience. Growing up I remember we were one of the families that had that weird box that monitored what we watched.

  9. I used to do this. It's a little tedious if you shop a lot, but you can get some fun prizes if you're willing to put in the work!
