No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Delicious No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Mason Jar Recipe!

We love easy but yummy recipes and this No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Mason Jar Recipe is a new favourite! Just don’t tell everyone how easy to it is to make as they’ll be wowed with how yummy it tastes!pbpudding

My daughter is peanut butter obsessed. She loves it, a PB&J sandwich is the only sandwich she will eat and her favourite chocolate is you guessed in Reese Peanut Butter Cups. Well let me tell you when we got a hold of some jars of Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate spread oh my she was in heaven. I have to admit we all got addicted to it, we pretty much will take a spoon to the jar (no double dipping) and it’s like a treat on a spoon.

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate cheesecake

However, this peanut butter chocolate deliciousness got me thinking about other treats I could make and it started first with my Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake, then the yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies! So naturally I had to try a cheesecake because hello chocolate and cheesecake oh yes! I wanted to keep it simple and if I can make a yummy dessert without turning on the oven all the better so the No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake was created. It’s a little too easy to make, I’m tempted to make it all the time but my waistline says that’s not a good idea.

peanut-butter-chocolate-cheesecake-3

You can add a graham crackers layer to the bottom of the jar or my personal favourite a chocolate cookies or peanut butter cookie crumbs layer. I did it without any crumbs the first time and it’s good that way too, all that peanut butter chocolate cheesecake goodness. Try it a few ways it’s fun and oh so yummy. Now on to that recipe, whose ready?

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Reese’s Chocolate Peanut butter spread
  • 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, cocoa powder and Reese’s chocolate PB together until smooth.
  2. In another bowl beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until it’s thick and stiff.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate PB mixture until well combined.
  4. I used a pipping bag to fill up small jars. Makes it look prettier.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. You can also top it with whip cream and really anything else you like.

Notes

Have fun with the bottom layer (or don’t have a bottom layer like I did). You can also have fun with the toppings. I’ve tried with the peanut butter cups as pictured, toasted coconut, chocolate shavings, whip cream. The possibilities are endless.

Now that is easy right? Seriously a yummy dessert in 10 minutes or less, it doesn’t get better than that. I had way too much fun trying out different toppings, toasted coconut, chocolate curls, chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle, nuts. I could go on and on but it’s delicious just the way it is too.
