  4. I try to exercise for an hour 3-5 times a week. I mostly do water aerobics but it's great exercise and I feel terrific afterwards.

  5. A very informative review. I started physical therapy last week and was astonished at how weak my muscles have become because I sit at the computer all day. Now I am taking breaks and walking up and down the stairs and doing stretching exercises. I feel better all ready. One of my favorite acitivities is cycling but I can't do that right now. After I have my knee replaced this summer, I should be able to go cycling and jogging (according to my doctor). I really don't want to jog to far but from the house to the mailbox would be a great accomplishment for me.

  10. Oh I can relate to this because I have recently lost 20 pounds and 24 inches and I did it by doing exercises at my own pace. I have a disability and I cannot do heavy exercising so what I did was to do small 10-15 mins exercises and built myself up and it worked, thank you for more tips
