Yes you can burn calories being on the computer and even when you’re sleeping but think about how many more calorie you could burn doing other activities.
Go up and down the stairs a few times, carry a kettleball or weighted item walking around, jog, cycle, swim, cardio, strength training and so much more.
You’d be surprised how much you could kick up the calories burned by just doing a few things in only 10 minutes! Check it out!!
This infographic is brought to you by QuickQuid.

A very informative review. I started physical therapy last week and was astonished at how weak my muscles have become because I sit at the computer all day. Now I am taking breaks and walking up and down the stairs and doing stretching exercises. I feel better all ready. One of my favorite acitivities is cycling but I can’t do that right now. After I have my knee replaced this summer, I should be able to go cycling and jogging (according to my doctor). I really don’t want to jog to far but from the house to the mailbox would be a great accomplishment for me.
