Sadly it’s the season of colds and the flu so if you’re not already taking preventative action you need to start. One of the ways that my family and I try to boost our immune system and overall digestive health is to take top quality probiotics.     i have an autoimmune disease so I avoid anyone who is sick and i take a ton of meds to stay well.

    We eat clean organic whole foods as much as possible. We follow the iodine protocol and are paraben and sulfate free!

    In our house, we regularly take probiotics, occasionally take a multivitamin supplement, and whenever we’re feeling the beginning of sickness, or traveling somewhere out of the norm… we take a super vitamin C. Along with eating as well as we can, and frequent hand-washing, we stay pretty healthy year round.

    We eat healthy 99% of the time and advocate washing our hands whenever possible! I’d love to get my daughter started on a probiotic but we’ve never tried any before.
