Let's Help Lovie Dolly Find a Home! Pet Adoption of the Day #AdoptDon'tShop
ST. LOUIS, MO: Valentine's Day came and went without a love match, but Theo still remains hopeful that true love is out there for him. Please share to help Theo find his match!
Meet Theo
If you’re not going to have a pet be indoors with you the majority of the time, give it lots of love, prepared to pay vet bills in an emergency and make a life time commitment then a pet is not for you. This is something we are passionate about and really want to get the message across to adopt not shop and that it’s a lifetime commitment of love!
Information from Theo's Adoption Post
Theo is a Pug/Beagle mix and he is looking to be adopted into a forever home. At only 6 years of age, Theo is on the very young side of seniorhood. He hopes to glide into his golden years with a human by his side very soon!
Theo is super friendly and he gets along well with other dogs. He loves treats and to snuggle up to humans for attention. He has an overall great personality and we're told Theo would do well in many type of home environments.
He hangs out in an open-kennel style room near the front of the shelter because he doesn't like caged kennels and acts like a different dog behind crated bars. Shelter environments can be difficult places for animals, and a dog like Theo is meant to be in a home. He has all the behaviors of a home pet and he knows his forever companion is out there somewhere. Please help Theo find his new family ASAP!
GO HERE to share his story and hopefully help her find a home or better yet please contact the Animal Protective Association of Missouri for more information on adopting Theo.
Theo is just so cute. I love his teeth. He almost looks like a vampire. I hope Theo found a great home through you article. He really deserves a loving family. Thank you for sharing these great pets.
Theo is so adorable and you can see the happiness in his eyes! I hope he has already found his forever family.
I helped networking rescuing dogs on twitter with some dogs in San Bernadino soory from Canada but hopefully these furbabies get adopted soon and to lovely home praying for them.
That dog looks like something you'd see in the Omen. It's probably excited, but that photo makes him look frightening, to me at least.
Theo is adorable. I love his teeth. I hope he finds a forever home soon. I will spread the word
We have rescued many dogs/cats; we currently have 3 dogs outside (one's a foster), 2 dogs inside (one's a foster and one's usually outside but his leg was injured pretty severely back in October so now that he's use to the warmth of being inside we need to gradually get him use to the cold), and 6 indoor only cats. It's a zoo around here and smells like one most of the time. Unfortunately, the animals seem to listen better than my 3 guys (hubby and 2 boys; ages 5 this month and 15 in May)
