Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics for Women Giveaway
Ends 11/10 open to US & Canada*
This season we’re all about trying to get everyone to be healthier and more proactive about helping their immune systems and digestive health. That’s why we’re sharing our favorite company for products that help us stay healthier and that’s you got it Garden of Life! Now I’m going to share one of my new favorite products from Garden of Life that I take EVERY DAY and that’s their once daily probiotics for women!
Sponsored by: Garden of Life
Once Daily Women’s shelf stable probiotic was formulated by Dr. Perlmutter for strong support of women’s specific health needs. Once Daily Women’s contains diverse blends of probiotic strains and a powerful 50 billion CFU to support digestive and immune system health.†
I take my probiotics religiously as I’ve seen the difference it has made in my health over the last few years. For those who don’t know I have rheumatoid arthritis so that means I have an auto-immune disease. It can be a challenge and for a while there I would get every cold and bug that was out there, now I’m barely ever sick and that’s in part thanks to having a top quality probiotic as part of my daily nutrition. I swear by it and won’t ever go without probiotics in our home.

David Perlmutter, M.D., F.A.C.N.
America’s Brain-Health Expert, Board-Certified Neurologist, #1 New York Times Best-Selling Author, Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, and Expert in the Human Microbiome.Just What the Doctor Formulated
It’s time to take care of our microbiome. It’s up to us to support and nourish it through what we eat, what we expose ourselves to in our environment and the kind of lifestyle we lead. Dr. Perlmutter advocates honoring this system of health through understanding and avoiding the three biggest forces that work against the health of the gut’s good bugs.Force #1: Exposure to substances that kill or otherwise adversely change the composition of the bacterial colonies. These include toxic chemicals used in conventional agriculture, household cleaners and in food (e.g., sugar, gluten), and even in water (e.g., chlorine).
Force #2: Unhealthy diet, and poor nutritional support for the diverse tribes of good bacteria (e.g., prebiotic fiber).
Force: #3: Stress
Let me tell you it has helped me and I’m thankful for it. If you’re not taking probiotics please consider doing so, you have so much to gain and nothing to lose. Just make sure you’re taking a good quality one and of course my personal recommendation is Garden of Life products.
Now one super lucky lady can win two bottles to either keep one and give one away or keep them both. Be on the road to better health!

My mom’s birthday is around Thanksgiving & I haven’t gotten to spend either one with my family in a few years so I would love to find a way to do so 🙂 I used to spend both with her back when my children were…well children! But now they have their own children & it’s so busy for them. I usually just meet at one or more of their houses & have a big dinner with them. 🙂 My home is a smaller one so having everyone at mine is difficult. But I’m discounting it yet!
