Welcome to the Protect from Diaper Blowout with Poopsies Giveaway

It's more than just a onesie!

Protect from Diaper Blowout

Sponsored by: Poopsies  Hosted by: Powered by Mom Blog and a fabulous group of bloggers

What are Poopsies?

Protect from Diaper Blowout with Poopsies! Well two words come to mind for me when I think of poopsies and that is absolute genius! Why didn't they have these when my daughter was a baby?! I could have saved us so many messy moments not to mention some of those adorable dresses that did not survive the diaper blow outs and trust me there were too many of them. These fantastic onesies have a unique waterproof lining so that those blowouts don't get out of the poopsies onto the clothes. It's made of comfy fabrics that are satiny smooth cotton/rayon blend so that it stretches with baby and machine washes like a dream.

That unique waterproof lining we mentioned is also made of  breathable material that is often used to make diapers, changing mattress covers, and bibs. It's breathable (no diaper rash), hypoallergenic, lint free, made in the USA, washable as mentioned and even autoclavable. Did we mention it's waterproof? Well you can't say that too often :). What happens in the Poopsies stay in the Poopsies! Don't you just love these and wish you had some? I know these would make wonderful baby shower gifts as well 🙂

  1. Oh dear 4 kids, I have my fair share! But probably the worst was my very first son, the day we brought him home from the hospital and I was changing his diaper when I lifted his legs, he let go and not only I, but the entire wall behind me was sprayed with poop! My initiation into motherhood!

  2. I'm fresh on the mothering scene. My angelic little girl had the biggest pooh explosion allover herself and car seat and than of course on me when I picked her up. This was all before an appointment. And I of course forgot to restock a change of clothes!

  3. At church, on a Sunday morning there was a moment of silence and my little guy sharted (poop/farted) SO loud, that people were turning around laughing... Sooo embarrassing!!!

  4. We were in church my my two month old. I knew she was pooping and was thankful she had on a disposable. HOWEVER...the diaper didn't hold it, and the poop ended up in my hand (not on her clothes at all, thank goodness).

  5. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with my first so I haven't had the pleasure of a nasty blowout yet. I'm sure it will happen here shortly though...

  6. She ended up taking off her diaper right after she pooped. Not only did she end up smearing it all over the kitchen, but then, oh god, the dog started eating it. Oh my god, I KNOW!

  7. Explosive blowout at the 3 hour mark of a 6 hour car ride....by myself with the kids.....lets just say the carseat....the backseat.....crime scene status.

  8. Oh my. Too many. I do remember a yellow breastfed poop diaper falling face down on cream carpet-in a rental. I quickly googled it, then put hydeleogen peroxide on it and prayed. The stain disappeared hours later when I was brave enough to look again. That stuff EATS body fluids, just let it do its thing.

  9. So many, too many! But one of the most memorable blow outs was...Visiting with childless friends, who have white carpet, the kids were crawling around, we were enjoying our wine, when someone smells something. We see our daughter sitting nicely, playing with her rattle, our son running after the dog. We chase our son, since he's usually the culprit and we didn't want poop falling out of his pants on the clean rugs, nope not him, daughter starts to crawl towards her brother....lets just say she left a pretty impressionable mark that day. Our host has since done more permanent birth control

  10. The Velcro closures on my daughter's cloth diaper came open as she was walking across the dance floor at a wedding reception. I had to retrieve my bare-butted baby and a diaper from the middle of the floor. Thank God it wasn't a dirty diaper.

  11. My son had taken a liking to bananas and had eaten way too many. Grandpa and Grandma just arrived for a visit when he decided it would be best to have diahrrea and make it go all the way up his back and out between his legs.
What a welcome! Straight into the tub, sleeper and all!

  12. On Thanksgiving, we went to my brother's house. I brought the diaper bag, but left it on top of the car (only know this because it was in the road in front of my house when we got home). Baby had a blow out within minutes of us getting there (their house was a couple hours from ours). They live in a small town, but they had a walmart, so we went there to try and get diapers and a new outfit for the baby. But they were closed. So we ended up driving naked baby in a snowsuit home. Had leftovers for Thanksgiving dinner. It was the worst diaper experience!

  13. My son was happily bouncing in his jolly jumper one day, being adorable. I literally turned around for two seconds and turned back to find him jumping in his own poop... It was NOT fun!

  14. Too many to recount from my 3 daughters...this would be for my youngest daughter who is expecting her first...and she will get the pleasure of experiencing such things!

  15. Haven't had any with my son. But my nephews diaper exploded while at a mall. Up. Down. Out the sides. He was covered. I was covered.
