Kinda a silly answer…….. I am 67 and when I go grocery shopping I never know what I what. I will pick something up that I think I want and just shake my head and put it back. One week I will buy fruit, salad and veggies and eat them. Then the next week I will buy them and not touch them at all. So I never know if I am getting the nutrition I need
