Raspberry Chocolate Bread Pudding Baguette Recipe
Raspberry Chocolate Bread Pudding made in a baguette is a decadent dessert filled with rich flavors, topped with Nutella and is easy to make on busy days!
What’s a baguette?
A baguette is a long, narrow loaf of French bread and is recognizable by its length and crisp crust. It’s a personal favourite of mine, I love a fresh baguette with butter or cheese.
In addition to enjoying a baguette with cheese I’ve also used one-two day old baguettes in my raspberry peach French toast bake recipe. So yummy and led me to making this easy peasy raspberry chocolate bread pudding baguette.
Of course I think anything with raspberries and chocolate is yummy and this raspberry chocolate bread pudding is no exception. Nutella lovers this has Nutella drizzled on top instead of chocolate. My hubby and daughter love it that way but I like it with chocolate because I’m not a big fan of Nutella (gasp) myself. Either option is so yummy!

- 1/2 cup of raspberry

- Stir in raspberries, chocolate bits, and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture into the middle of the bread. Press down a bit.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until the egg is fully cooked through. The top should be golden brown.
- Remove from oven.
- Drizzle chocolate hazelnut spread ( or chocolate) over warm bread and slice and serve.
You can drizzle melted chocolate on top instead of Nutella.
You can substitute the raspberries with strawberries or blueberries but we like the raspberries the most in this one.

Now doesn’t that look easy like we said it would? Even better once you’re done you have something oh so tasty to eat. My family loves this dessert, I was surprised at how popular it was and as I’ve mentioned I love baguettes but this took it to a whole new level.
So when I want something besides butter or cheese with my baguette I now have another yummy option! As mentioned in the recipe card you can also use a wider baguette but you’ll want to add more raspberries etc.. as appropriate to the size of the baguette and the bread pieces you get from it.
I’m getting hungry just writing about and looking at these raspberry chocolate bread pudding baguettes oh my. I may just have to do a quick run to the store for some more baguettes, I can’t seem to help myself. I know my family will certainly be ecstatic if I make another one or two of these scrumptious treats.
