Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe with Almond Milk & Chia Seeds

Get ready for a delicious yet healthy recipe! Have it for breakfast, dessert or a snack whenever you want!raspberry smoothie bowl with almond milk and chia seeds (5)

I love my smoothies, you can change it up as often as you want depending on what fruits and veggies you have in the house or are going to buy from the store. I like my smoothies to be packed with nutrition but of course they need to taste good too. My family it i sometimes harder to get them to drink the smoothies because they know I’m all about the nutrition so sometimes they think it can’t possibly taste good.

So I thought we’d do a twist on the smoothie to make it look more like dessert and it tastes like dessert too but guess what? You’ve got nothing to feel guilty about with our Raspberry smoothie bowl recipe! Between the fruit, almond milk (I love almond milk) and chia seeds this recipe still packs a nutritious punch but it tastes like dessert!

Feel free to use whatever brands you want but I like Almond Fresh for my almond milk and Garden of Life Chia Seeds. No matter which ones you choose just choose good quality ones, and if you can ones that are USDA certified organic and Non-GMO verified. I can confirm that Garden of Life’s Chia Seeds meet all of that criteria 🙂

I have two small bags of chia seeds and love this recipe to use them in. The raspberries make it so pretty and love the flavor. For me the fruit alone is sweet enough so no extra sweetness needed.

i make something similar but i call it cold strawberry soup…and i, like you, add whatever i have around that’s healthy (oats, yogurt, nuts, granola, etc.). when strawberries are in season this makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert (with a dollop of whipped cream). never tried it with raspberries, but i will now.
