Raspberry Smoothie Recipe



  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (ours is strawberries, peaches and a few red grapes)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of either flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (plain, coconut or vanilla)


  1. Whatever system you have blend away until it’s the consistency you want and enjoy
