Realistic Looking Dolls Help Boost Confidence in Young Girls
So, let’s talk for a minute about the pressure children and young girls are under for being “PERFECT”. It’s all around them… movies, internet, television… the list goes on. Looking back at myself being young, dolls and barbies were my FAVORITE thing to play with. I could play all day, for hours with them… just ingrossed in my imagination! That’s been over 20 years ago, (give me a second, I just had a “I’m getting old moment” HA!) and even back then, I remember wishing I could look like barbie. Everything about her was beautiful and I wanted to be that!
Fast forward to now, I can’t imagine the stress young girls feel today. The last thing they need is for the toys and dolls they play with in their own personal time, to be a reminder of what can never achieve… which is perfection. Lottie Dolls have created a line of Realistic Looking Dolls that actually look like children. I for one, couldn’t be more thankful to them.

Realistic Looking Dolls
Lottie Dolls are proportioned to that of a 9-year-old child. Brillant! That’s what children need… they need to feel secure, safe and beautiful just the way they are. They need to have a fun childhood without their toys making them question whether they’re good enough or not. These Realistic Looking Dolls were created with the help of, CHILDREN. Lottie Dolls is a great company and I commend them for the work they put into making this beautiful Realistic Looking Dolls.
Beautiful Dolls and Ponys
Aside from this Realistic Looking Dolls, Lottie Dolls also has Sirius the Welsh Mountain Pony. He wears a saddle, bridle, stirrup, and numnah, there’s also a saddle pad that acts as a protective cushion between the pony and the saddle.

This Lottie wears a yellow hooded raincoat with blue striped lining, long sleeve t-shirt, striped leggings, Corduroy shorts and rain boots. She has blonde her and blue eyes, of course, she was my nieces favorite one… you might have guessed why?.. because she has blonde her and blue eyes.
Forest Friend Lottie Doll
This Lottie is dressed in a green and lilac fairy-inspired costume comprising a velvet-style bodice and petal tutu skirt. A cute bow hairband and sparkly gold ballet flats complete the look. She has red hair and green eyes.
Wildlife Photographer Mia Lottie Doll
This Lotti is wearing a red Jackett and t-shirt with a ladybird, Denim-blue hat & bag, Jeans, Red spotty wellies and also comes with her very own camera. She has dark brown wavy hair and dark brown eyes.
We hear the statement, invest in our children futures!?… well sometimes it’s the smallest things. It starts when they’re young, what they see and hear every day will have an impacted on their life. So, when my children are by their self playing and using their imagination, I feel a lot better knowing my daughter can play with dolls that don’t make her feel insecure, but rather, play with dolls that look like her and her friends… knowing its ok to be young and enjoy your childhood!
