Are you wondering what in the world is a Rollie?
I will be telling you more as I received one for the purpose of reviewing it and sharing it with you! It’s a vertical grill and a new way to cook eggs and grill other snacks and treats! It is extremely easy to use so much so you will be so surprised! You can cook eggs and more in just three easy steps!Check it out below.
Yes believe it or not it really is that easy, use the non-stick spray, crack the egg into container and up the egg comes when it’s cooked most of the time but even then it’s easy. Check out this video.
I’m not sure what I expected but I have to admit I was surprised it was so easy to use! I decided for the first recipe that I would make the bacon and egg recipe. You wrap the already cooked bacon around the skewer (comes with skewers, cleaning brush & more). Then after you have sprayed the chamber with Pam or other non-stick cooking spray you crack the egg into the chamber and put the bacon wrapped skewer down the chamber and wait. Ours took about seven minutes, I was busy cleaning up in the kitchen and I had the timer on for eight minutes but I turned around and the creation had popped upon it’s own just as described. You can see it on our pictures below.
The second time I mad the bacon egg recipe I forgot to make sure the Pam was sprayed all the way down the chamber so it didn’t pop up when it was done. I had to use the skewer but I did get out the roll intact. The rolls are so very yummy and healthy too as we didn’t use any oils or anything else besides the egg and the bacon. We also did a tortilla roll which was just as easy. I do love the variety of things you can make with the Rollie. The next ones we want to try are some pancake rolls! You can make all sorts of appetizers and goodies with it. I wish that it had like a double or triple chamber so you could make multiples but it is reasonably price so you could buy two if you’re impatient like me.
I love that it’s easy to clean and there’s really no mess to deal with. You just wipe it down, you can use the scrub brush that comes with it to clean the chamber, rinse and you’re done!
