  7. None at this time as I live in a small apartment, but when I was a kid I had the greatest cat in the world named Puff. He followed me around everywhere like a loyal dog! He never, ever bit me and had the sweetest personality that I have yet to see in another cat. He was so special!

  10. My beloved brown tiger tabby cat Geddycat...he is my tiger-striped bundle of kitty cat joy with a magical purr that could put a B-52 bomber to shame and he has a smile that lights up the room...yes, he REALLY DOES smile. He is a rescue kitty we adopted from our local shelter and not only did we rescue him, but he rescued us - from boredom because he is extremely entertaining and so unlike any other cat we have had before. 🙂

  19. Both our fur babies have sad tales associated with how they came to live with us, their forever home. A dog named Doobie-Doo and a kitty named Puss Puss. We love them both dearly. Our dog was thrown from a moving car 2 years ago. He is only 10 lbs. he is lucky to have lived. Our kitty had been abandoned with his mom next door to my hubbies work. His kitty mama had died along with his siblings. He was found curled up with his fur fam still trying to suckle from his mama. He was about 3 weeks old. Sad stories but they live loved, well fed spoiled lives now and that is what counts.

  23. I have recently went from a 2 cat down to a 1 cat home, 2 wks later moved to MIL's and became a 3 cat family, 2 wks later we lost her 7 yr old kitty and 2 weeks after that I had to take in my father's 7 yr old cat due to my dad having to start living in a nursing home. So right now we're a 3 cat 1 dog family. Sorry we lost 2 of our furry friends, ages 9 and 7, but happy that I had room to incorporate my dad's cat so I can take her to visit him at the nursing home.

  28. I love cats, but I am very allergic to pet hair. This past March we rescued a 7 month old cat, fixed him up and got him healthy with help from the Vet. Felix is the delight of everyone in the household. It is worth the extra allergy steps to have him.

  30. Well my fave is my cat, Durn. He is my sidekick and he follows me around. Then there is Kimmie, she is a fraidy cat and stays in my room. She likes to sleep beside me. Little Bit is best friends with our dog, Sorcha. Little Bit is good at catching flies. I also have a Netherland Dwarf bunny and she is very sweet and the most normal.

  31. Well, we're down to one cat in our house. Marie came to us after her owners moved from NC to CA. Marie got spooked by a storm the night they were loading the truck and didn't come back until a week later. Things happened and we just decided to let her live with us instead of shipping her to CA. We have 4 granddogs and 1 grandcat though. The puppy comes to Nana's when the grandkids come to stay. The other grands we see when we go to their house. The MASSIVE german shepherd is my favorite of the big dogs. He was scared of his shadow as a puppy but now I think he would protect me and the kids from everything!
