In the South Bronx, the 2 big street games were stickball (with somebody's mother's old broom handle wrapped with black tape), and a ball game called "slug", which we played on the sidewalk in the boxes. Nothing like the NYC streets for great games!
One of our favorite games was "kick the can".
I loved to play kickball, SPUD and Chinese jacks.
Hide n seek, tag, and riding bikes.
We used to climb this huge star apple tree in my grammas backyard. Skating, bike riding, Barbies were all played daily! 🙂
I liked to swim in the pool!

When my friends and I played outside it was mostly Barbies.
I loved my Spirograph when I was a kid (my mom probably still has it LOL) I was trying to tell my 5 year old about it. I would like to get one for her
