I need two new knees so its very hard to get any exercise so at 50 I have to eat out only once every two weeks and daily I eat salmon and salad yogurt fresh fruit, just the best I can do .

My secret is eating right, and working…yes my job requires me to be on my feet at least 8 hours a day and that actually really helps me…when I do have time though, I do enjoy a really great sweat session!

To stay healthy I try to eat right, stay active with my kids, and make sure to get adequate sleep. I also try to drinking enough water throughout the day, but I have a hard time with this because I just forget.

ALL OF THE ABOVE. Serious (real) health scare woke us up a long time ago to the importance of eating genuinely healthy foods (after awhile most people don’t even like/want junky foods: fsugary sweet. sodium/salty, and fat-filled snacks and meal choices – HONEST.)
I do a daily 20 minute exercise routine (exercises I learned during physical therapy plus a few others I find helpful) I try to walk whenever I can. Both my Honey/Hubby and I really enjoy bike riding too.
Meditation. I started this in college and have (with a few lapses) continued sometime making change. There are many benefits to meditation (including physical, mental and spiritual.) At the very least it’s important to stop and just clear your mind!

For the most part I do watch what I eat to a degree. For instance I do not even buy ice cream so I will not have it even if I have the desire for it. I am very active daily and exercise some but not as often as I should. That’s basically all I have ever done and still weigh at 46 the same as at age 15 when I got my drivers license, 112 lbs.
