Spark Naturals Essential Oils

in Beauty, Family and Home, Health on 07/21/15

Powered by Mom Loves Spark Naturals Essential Oils & More!

As many of you may know already over the last few months I’ve been researching and incorporating essential oils into our daily lives. I absolutely love them ad what they’ve done for us. Just this past May thanks to another wonderful blogger I discovered Spark Naturals. They have amazing essential oils and the best prices I’ve seen for the quality. I don’t have to worry about putting their oils (the ones you can use topically) on my skin unlike those cheap brands. Those are brands are super cheap because they’re not the real thing!

Use Coupon Code: POWEREDBYMOM for 10% off products at Spark Naturals

Brich

Thanks to Spark Naturals Essential Oil of the Month Club I got the Birch Essential Oil 15ml for only $15.99 and that included taxes, shipping etc.. It’s $15.99 period and I can’t wait to get next month’s oil that normally sells for $29.99 but it will only be $15.99 as part of the Essential Oil of the Month Club.

OOTM

Now remember essential oils have benefits but none are miracle cures, like with anything it takes time to reap the benefits but I can say when I was out recently at a bbq I slathered myself in a mix of lavender oil with witch hazel and I didn’t get a single mosquito bite. The mosquitoes were swarming that night and normally they love me, seriously everyone else can go away with no bites and I’m the one who would have a dozen. Food for thought.

Rose Water
I’ve also been using essential oils along with other natural ingredients for my skin care. Below is a picture of me without make up. You judge for yourself if you think it’s been working. I’m 44 years old by the way 😉 I also have very sensitive skin and Roseacea so I have to be selective on what I use on my skin, only natural products for me!

I’m sure you can tell but this picture has not been touched up at all 🙂

no make up

I have full confidence in the Spark Naturals products as I have now used several. I liked them so much I became an affiliate so I could get a discount!  If you buy anything else besides Oil of the Month use coupon code: POWEREDBYMOM for 10% off. They also have Rose Water, Witch Hazel, Grapeseed Oil, Hemp Oil and more. GO HERE to check them out! If you do let us know how you like them, we think you’ll love them as their prices are the best for high quality essential oils and other products!

I didn’t know that these oils could be used on the skin. I always thought that they were for crafts. Maybe it’s a different type of oil.

I would never be able to use these products. I can’t have any sort of perfume around me, or else I get a migraine. But, it was interesting reading about the oils!

I have never used essential oils. I have a lot of allergies and I think I’m afraid that the smells could affect me in that sense. I am very sensitive to smells and get stopped up quickly. Sometimes I get so aggravated that I’m like this and my sensitivity just started after age 40. I’ve had to totally change the way I live and eat. I would be curious to hear from other readers on if they have allergies also and how the oils affect them. Is there some they can use or none or how about all without any side effects?

      Hi Terrie,

I think you just need to start slowly, read up on each oil and take it from there. I have allergies to pollen and other things but the essential oils don’t bother me. However, everyone would be different, I personally would try with a diffuser first to see how it goes, I think many of the oils would not bother your allergies but I don’t know your exact situation and everyone reacts differently. Try out one maybe the essential oil of the month as it’s the best deal and dilute it first like in a diffuser etc..

I love your info on Spark Natural Essential Oils!!! I’ve been using peppermint and lavender before bed on my neck pain and for rest and I Love it!! But my husband and daughter get eaten up by mosquitoes and I’m gonna try your lavender and witch hazel trick on them. They don’t like to use the Deet sprays that work so well. Thanks so much for your super tip!!
