The fairy tale book is engaging enough for your little ones to listen to but yet is formatted more like a chapter book making it not too “childish” for your older girls. The story involves your child as one of the main characters which, of course, makes it a whole lot more interesting than the typical fairy tale. Anytime you add your child’s name in the story, they become more interested in reading!

Realistic Looking Dolls
I was very pleased with the 18.5″ Starpath doll. The dolls are very realistic looking, especially their eyes. The doll’s body is made of cloth while the moveable head and limbs are made of a smooth vinyl.
Each doll has their own personality which is worked into the book. I chose the doll, Shining Star for my daughter because Shining Star loves to travel. Our family LOVES to travel so this particular doll is very similar to my daughter’s own life. Not only does she love to travel but she loves animals. It couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for my daughter! In the book, Tiger Magic, Shining Star travels to the jungles of India, saving a tiger and learning about the land.
One of my personal favorite things about Starpath Dolls is that the clothing their dolls come in as well as the clothing that you can purchase separately are ALL MODEST! We push modesty in our home but then go to the store and have a difficult time finding the same modest clothing on dolls for my daughter to play with. I love how Starpath Dolls keeps the innocence in the minds of little girls through their doll clothing line and even the story line within their books.
Accessories and Outfits
Even though the doll you purchase comes fully dressed with everything your child will “need” to play, extra clothing and accessories make a fun addition! They have a variety of clothing from ball gowns all the way down to pajamas.
