So easy to make this strawberry crumble no-churn ice cream that only has FIVE ingredients, yep five. You probably have most of them in your kitchen already and if not that’s okay it’s quick to get them all to make this scrumptious treat. Ever since we started to make no-churn ice cream flavors we’ve gone a little crazy with the ice cream but hey it was summer (sadly coming to an end soon as I write this but still hot weather so not over yet) so hot and we needed to cool off. What better way to do that than with a cool treat like this no-churn ice cream.
What is No-Churn?
I know you’ve seen the term but for those who don’t know what it means, no-churn ice cream just means there is no machine required to make it. Of course there are more complicated ice cream recipes with more ingredients but if you don’t need to go there why not keep it simple and this strawberry crumble no-churn ice cream is so delicious, cream and well everything you could want in an ice cream. At least that’s my opinion but I am biased not going to lie I’m totally biased and think this ice cream is awesome.
What is in This No-Churn Ice Cream?
As mentioned you only need FIVE ingredients for this simple but delicious homemade strawberry crumble no-churn ice cream:
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla extract

Strawberry Crumble No-Churn Ice Cream is the perfect treat! Easy to make, no machine needed, and packed with texture it’s a hit every time!
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries
- ¾ cup of granola
- Whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and heavy cream
- Stir in chopped strawberries and granola
- Pour into a container and freeze overnight. 12 -15 hours is recommended
This ice cream melts a bit faster than regular ice cream so don’t dawdle eat it up quickly.

Tips for Making No-Churn Ice Cream
Get the correct ingredients
This is not the recipe for low-fat anything or sugar alternatives unless you’re prepared for the ice cream to not come out the way ours looks. It’s always fine to experiment but always remember this affects the end results.
While you can try other extracts we just love vanilla because 1) you can’t overdo it and it’s good with everything. That said if you try any other extracts, keep in mind their flavors can be more potent so less is better and taste test before you add more.
Chop up any mix-ins
Anything you add like the strawberries should be sliced or chopped. Keep in mind any mix-ins will freeze so if you add larger nuts or chocolate chips etc.. chop, chop and chop.
