I take vitamins and try to keep rested
Elderberry and Vitamin C & D.
I support my immune health by taking supplements and trying to eat healthy. I also try not to stress out about things.
I try to get enough sleep and make better diet choices than in the past
Elderberry syrup, vitamin C when something feels like it's coming on, lots of time outside to get natural vitamin D, and vit D supplement (D3 + K2), magnesium supplement, limiting toxicity at home as much as we can, not trying to live in a perfectly clean environment - the immune system needs to be challenged to get stronger.
We use Multi -Vitamins .
I currently have been slacking on my health. I do use tumeric and ginger daily in drinks and food. I've gotten better at staying hydrated (I had shook my diet cola addiction years ago but it came back this year). I do eat lots of fruits and veggies, grapefruit and beets are my favorite. I definitely need to get back on track as I've always been very conscious of my health but this year just slipped away.
I take vitamins almost daily....plus I always choose vegetables and fruits as snacks. In addition, I do use those protein shakes almost 1 daily.
I take my vitamins, drink plenty of water and try to get enough sleep!
I try to eat healthy and take multivitamins and supplements when needed.
