    I make and set goals on paper to keep a nice exercise program in order to lose some weight so I am able to reference where I am at at all times. I try to stick to it the best I can by viewing the reality.

    I have been a vitamin taker for as far back as I can remember. I try to exercise although I know I don’t as much as I should, and I always try to eat good.

    I have 30 to 40 minutes of pretty intense cardio a day. I walk and I do inclines and squats.

    I have one day a week when I eat whatever I want although I usually still avoid sugar on that day. The rest of the week, I eat whole foods that are naturally low in carbs.

    I am trying to eat least sugar and processed foods. I am trying to eat as many whole foods as possible. A healthy lifestyle is important to me, and I especially want to be a good example for my children.
