Tips for How to Survive Overindulgence this Holiday Season
Hey everyone, with Thanksgiving coming up and then soon to follow comes Christmas and more we thought it was a great time to let you know about an article that we found that will be oh so helpful! The site This Mama Loves has written a fabulous post on how to survive overindulgence this holiday season!

I know I know we all overindulge but we really don’t always want to do that and we can have a fabulous holiday season without going overboard, I know that if I eat too much turkey I tend to have an upset stomach later or feel queasy. I love turkey and the whole deal with the mashed potatoes, gravy and oh I could go on and on. I don’t like have the queasy feeling later so I’m going to try and take some of her advice.
We know that it’s likely we’ll over indulge so what do you do to survive it? Who is like me and just wants more stuffing or gravy or or or?
She shares some great statistics like did you know most people gain at least a pound during the holiday season? So yes we’re definitely overindulging and I say hey I only have turkey twice a year. I don’t really want an upset stomach though. There are other potential disasters to avoid so I like her idea of having a holiday emergency kit ready. Can you guess what’s in it? I personally keep club soda around to get out stains, a stain remove stick (lots of stains over the holidays) and some Pepto Bismol too!
