  3. If I'm throw up sick...throwing up helps. Seriously, I like to just get it out so I can sleep. If I have the flu... it's sleep, Netflix, and my kitty. Cuddles from my hubby helps. The medicine makes me feel worse.

  4. For comfort when sick, I put on my fuzzy pjs and fuzzy socks and get my pillow and favorite blanket and cuddle up and pass out!

  5. When I'm ill, which is rare, I get in a nice hot tub of hot water with lavender essential oils and afterward have a hot cup of sleepy time tea with honey and lemon and then slip into bed under a big down comforter.
