Support Your Sleep
With all the new styles of mattresses out there these days it’s not uncommon for innerspring mattresses to get a bad reputation. However, they are still around for a reason. You just need to be sure you pick the best for you and your comfort. Do some research! Make sure the coils are well made and that there are plenty of them. Those coils also need a good base support structure. Innerspring mattresses often offer better lumbar support in their beds with extra beams, coils, densified foam toppers, or a combination of these.
Having a pocketed innerspring mattress is also healthier! Air can circulate within the mattress because of the pockets, better evaporating perspiration and deterring dust mites and germs. Plus it helps you to sleep cooler since the air can circulate, better regulating the temperature of the mattress itself.
Don’t forget to find out what’s around the edges of your mattress. How many times do you sit on the edge of your bed getting ready for the day or for bed?
