We all know that children and adults can all benefit from a good daily dose of vitamins but we need it even more during these cold winter months. Winter can be tough on kids to maintain their energy levels and more when faced with the onslaught of colds and flus common at this time of the year. Winter also brings less sunshine so we all might not be getting enough Vitamin D and of course all the passing of contagious germs and school and play time areas it’s just a challenging season all around.

Fortunately kids love the Treehouse Vitamins because, in addition to looking like the popular TV characters such as Franklin and Max & Ruby and they taste great.  As a parent I like them because I can trust the ingredients, I’ve checked and there’s no aspartame which will not touch my daughter’s lips but sadly is in many other children’s multivitamins and she loves the taste.

My daughter told me when we opened the first bottle of the Treehouse multivitamins the Tropical Fruit and Wildberry ones that they smelled good. Previously I had her taking ones that had no flavor really and were tart as I couldn’t find ones that didn’t have aspartame in them of if they didn’t were tart and definitely not her favorite. She actually goes and helps herself to the Treehouse Multivitamin I don’t have to remind or nag her about it!

Not only does Treehouse have the multivitamins they have chewable Vitamin C and Vitamin D3, liquid Vitamin D3, Liquid Omega 3 High DHA & Probiotic Powder. I’m very being on us all taking probiotics as I’ve seen between incorporating this into our daily nutrition along with other important supplements it’s made a huge difference with our health.

My daughter loves to show off her vitamins lol. TreehouseTM Multivitamin contain essential nutrients, with NO artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or aspartame. Kids age 3 and up will love them because they taste great now you have to love what’s in them and what’s NOT in them.

I also just have to mention a bit more about the liquid Omega 3 as this is something I feel should definitely be in every child’s nutritional diet. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for proper eye and brain development in children, and for learning and behaviour. Unfortunately, many children are chronically deficient in these essential fats due to low dietary intake of fish and fish oils. Omega-3 deficiency is linked to learning disabilities such as attention deficit disorder (ADD), and immune reactions such as allergies and eczema. It’s important for the brain, visual, and nervous system health and development!

    We haven’t been staying healthy 🙁 My 3 year old twins have had the worst colds/flu this winter despite taking vitamins and eating healthy. Hasn’t been the greatest season, to be honest.

    We have been doing okay (knocks on wood) A few colds so far but nothing too bad! I have been wanting to buy these vitamins for the longest time! How have you been this winter?

    We’ve been trying to stay healthy. My son and I just got rid of a chest cold a few weeks ago with the help of our doctor but my husband just caught a cold which we are hoping not to catch.

    Not so good. Despite Vitamin C and other supplements plus the flu shot, the kids and I have been sick almost non stop since our winter weather began in October. We seem to get better for a few days, and then we get sick again. In the last month we have had a nasty flu virus and now we have a nasty cold bug.

    We’ve been doing well! One kid had a short little flu and one has had a runny nose for a month or so (but she’s a year and a half so that’s kind of just life for that age). 3 out of 5 haven’t been at all sick! We all take multi vitamins and spend a lot of time (properly dressed) outside.

Happy #Easter everyone. Hubby & I went camping and Happy #Easter everyone. Hubby & I went camping and just got back. We took both of our dogs with us and we think we broke them 😆 #CleoTheDog & #NyxTheDog were both soooo tired by around 8:30pm each night that they would go to our trailer door & look at ys waiting to be let in 😁 while we continued to enjoy our campfire 🔥It was great to unplug there is no cell service let alone internet where we go so we enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
