    Vans waffles and pancakes are convenient and delicious. The brand was actually recommended to my teenage daughter by a Nutritionist for a quick breakfast idea.

    I usually have sprouted grain bread, topped with either mashed avocado and herbs, or a piece of vegan cheese and an egg, or slathered with coconut oil and sprinkled with stevia and cinnamon.

    I love frozen waffles for breakfast. I toast a couple and then eat them in the care. Van’s waffles are so yum, I don’t need butter or syrup (+ that would be hard to eat in the car while driving…)

    It always varies…sometimes I’ll have either a poached egg or hard boiled egg with sausage. Other times it’ll be cereal or french toast or pancakes or a breakfast burrito 🙂 Is this T.M.I :?)

    Usually have oatmeal or some other cereal with some fruit in it for breakfast. Like to try to eat healthy when I can. Have grandchildren who use gluten free products. Their mother is very careful about their diets. Have used a few of your products and they’re very good!
