World Vision Gifts for the Holidays

World Vision Gifts are the Gifts That Give Back to Those in Need

Give World Vision gifts to a loved one this year and you'll also be helping those in need. What could be better than a gift that gives back?

World Vision is a global humanitarian organization. They partner with children, families, and their communities to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. They are called to serve the people in greatest need around the world, to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation of their condition of life.

They pursue their mission through integrated, holistic commitment to:

  • Transformational development that is community-based and sustainable, focused especially on the needs of children.
  • Emergency relief that assists people afflicted by conflict or disaster.
  • Promotion of justice that seeks to change unjust structures affecting the poor among whom we work.
  • Public awareness that leads to informed understanding, giving, involvement, and prayer.
  • 100+ meaningful gifts ranging in price from $16 to $39,000 are contained in the catalog. There are more than 250 items online at www.worldvisiongifts.org
  • Popular Items include a goat, 2 chickens, clothing for children, ducks and medicine.

When you give World Vision gifts from their catalog this year you are not only giving your loved one a gift but you're giving to those in need all over the world. It truly is a gift of love to give World Vision gifts.

  12. My favorite gifts to receive are handmade like these products. The Turquoise Medallion Necklace reminds me of my late grandma. While I was too young to remember her after she died, she loved turquoise jewelry and my mom passed a piece of hers onto me so I'd think of her every time I wore this necklace.

  13. I love the variety of gifts and that the sales benefit artists in needy countries. I like the coffee most- I don't drink it myself but have a lot of friends and family that do. This would make a perfect gift! I purchased several items last year but this year decided to send a special gift to my sponsored child instead as his father was recently unemployed. I'll be visiting in 3 weeks! Thanks for spreading the word about this unique way to give back!

  26. The items posted are very beautiful, I especially love the Upcycled Artisan Bowl but they are priced out of reach. The coffee works out to over $100 for a pound. Who can afford to pay these prices? Not I. Maybe if the pieces were more affordable, more of us "middle-class" citizens would be able to support them.
