I drink just about any white, including the sweeter ones like Riesling, but my current go to wine is sauvignon blanc.

Chateau Lafite Rothschild is my favorite of all time but who can drop that kind of loot every time you pop a cork . I mostly enjoy Cakebread Sellers chardonnay . Wine is such a beautiful thing. It is like art on your pallet. It took me into my late 20's to start to appreciate it. My pallet has grown over the years.
