They may live thousands of miles away all over the United States (I am in Canada) but as they have proved you don't have to be in close proximity to keep up friendships & support each other. They sent my family and I these beautiful flowers to cheer us up from the loss of our beloved Apollo. #friendsfarandwide #friendships @topnotchblog @susanlbewley @missmollysays @kriskohale @styledecor @simplysherrylblog @foodwinesunshine hugs ladies
Instagram post 2187378363463484823_502869795 It is with great sadness and through tears that I write that we just lost our beloved Apollo. He was hit by a car and didn't make it. We've never lost a pet this way and so early, all of them had been with us for 10 years or more, Apollo was only with us for over a year. He was a special boy, so sweet and crazy at the same time, such a character. We are all beyond devastated, especially my husband as we lost our beloved Luna (she was 15 years old & his constant companion like Apollo) just this past February, to make it even harder he had to go back to work right after losing Apollo this morning.I'm sharing this horrible news because I will be offline for the rest of the week as we try to deal with this loss and our emotions.I like to think that Luna, Little Zeus, Juno and Zeus are all welcoming Apollo over the Rainbow Ridge even though it was far too soon for him to go.
