  1. I walk or do a specific task like weed the flowers or clean a closet. Often what stresses me the most are situations I have no control over. So I distract and calm some of the stress by focusing on something I can control

  2. thats when i either go for a walk, or take a bath, or like others, i play those silly games and it takes up a ton of my time

  3. I make sure that I exercise every day. I find that even just a mile on the treadmill really calms me down when I am feeling stressed.

  4. To reduce stress I walk or go for a drive with the music blasting. For whatever reason it always helps to calm me down.

  5. Living in beautiful Kawartha Lakes we are fortunate to be a stones throw from rivers, streams ponds and lakes. Sitting on the banks of a river, listening to the birds, frogs and insects along with the gentle lap of the water on the shoreline is very relaxing.
